Stakeholder Roundtable

The planning team will conduct invite-only stakeholder roundtables to understand the specific details, concerns, and opportunities facing Downtown Hagerstown through the lens of the groups and individuals that know it best. Stakeholder Roundtables will include a diverse cross-section of the Hagerstown downtown community, including but not limited to residents, city officials, downtown community and housing development organizations, community development funders, real estate brokers, for-profit developers, large employers, key business owners, key cultural and educational institutions, and representatives of merchant organizations.
These meetings will take place in June 2025 - stakeholders are identified and invited to participate by City Staff. The Planning Team will produce written summaries of each group’s overall discussion, concerns, and ideas, to be shared with the community through this website. All individual comments during the Stakeholder Roundtables, however, will remain anonymous.
